John Burford called the meeting to order
the discussion was having the bulletin put on line through e-mail that would save the club money. Have clubs send names of club members who have computers to send the bulletin to. most people with computers have printers and can print out the bulletin for their club members. Betty will finish out the year. It was voted and passed to put the Bulletin on line to clubs. a paper was sent around and the club members that were at the meeting gave their e-mail address. The show case at the capitol was discussed and Don Esch said the there is a plug in inside the show case that if we wanted more light just plug it in. The Oregon Council Trophy was to be at the Clackamette show but was called by Judy Rochefort and was told that they didn't want it there due to limited space, so it was discussed and Judy said that the portland regional had planned to present the trophy at the annual show the first week-end in october.
