Spring Meeting of Oregon Council

Spring Oregon Council Meeting was held at the Sweethome Show on March 26,2005.

Meeting was called to order by President John Burford at 1 pm.

Treasures report approved
Secretary report approved

Case Agent: Dan reported that WAMS display is in the Capitol case from Jan 05 to June 05.
He reported that he did not have a list of the clubs that have displayed in the past.
Dan said he would ask Geri because she has had a list before.. It was also
suggested he look up the back printed newsletters and see what clubs have been
putting in the case. Betty gave all her records to Judy.

Oregon Council Meetings:
Annual Meeting to be held at Madras Fairgrounds on July 02, 2005 at 1 pm.
Fall Meeting will be held at the Portland Regional Show October l, 2005.
Troy and Lenora will check on a place to hold the meeting.

A discussion about the Operation Procedures being out of date and need to be corrected.
John appointed a committee to review and make changes and report at the next meeting
(Beth Heesacker, Lenora Smith and Don YHoung will be on the committee)

14 attended the meeting.

Roy Ford passed out information on Senate bills and a lengthy discussion followed.
