The Oregon Council of Rock and Mineral Clubs conducts three meetings per year. These meetings occur during the Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons, and the actual date coincides with an affiliated club's rock show. When conducting these meetings, the OCRMC observes Robert's Rules of Order.

The Fall OCRMC meeting is scheduled for September 19, 2009 at the Washingto County Fair Complex in Hillsboro, Oregon. This meeting coincides with the annual Portland Regional Gem and Mineral Show. For more information about the show, see this website's Calendar of Events.
